The intern expertise in J2EE Framework technology with expert support though out the internship. He gets a good exposure in SDLC .By working in an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) the intern gets sound exposure in CMMI standards. He gets sound knowledge in Database and Stored Procedure. After the internship program he acquires sufficient technical skills to work as a standalone Software Engineer in J2EE Framework and develop skill sets to become a readily deployable resource for the IT Industry with commendable improvement in team work skills along with the coveted SCJP Certification.
